SUMMARY:Take a Break: Somatic Yoga with Kate Gagnon
DESCRIPTION:Kat is a Yoga Therapist\, a Soul Care Coach\, and an storyteller. \nOver 20 years ago\, as a long time lover of yoga and movement\, she trained to be a yoga instructor\, focusing on therapeutic. \nMore recently\, at a time in her life when she was overwhelmed and exhausted due to a series of scary medical diagnosis for herself and loved ones\, Kat hit a wall and knew that she needed to turn the despair to hope. She chose to push pause\, taking time to listen to body and soul\, using tools including yoga\, meditation\, and journaling. She also embraced her Metis heritage where she felt a strength and resiliency that has been passed down through the ages. Through this journey into self\, she strengthened her already strong intuition. \nAfter this personal healing\, she felt drawn to complete the training to be a Yoga Therapist and certified with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. \nAs an intuitive\, she uses her tools to guide others to strengthen their own intuition and lead a heart centred life. She is passionate about helping others find insight and perception into what would bring joy into their life! \nKat guides people to “Pay attention to the whispers so you don’t have to hear your body scream”. \nPlease review our Group Guidelines before registering. \nNote: A donation is optional. No payment is required to complete registration.
