DESCRIPTION:The Caregiver Support Community is a virtual program that aims to empower caregivers’ well-being by providing a supportive group where you can connect with other caregivers\, have open conversations about the ups-and-downs of caregiving\, and learn about topics relevant to caregivers. \nThis group is lead by a trained facilitator who is there to help guide your caregiving journey through education and support. \nThis program occurs on Monday mornings from 10 to 11 a.m. You must register to receive the Zoom link or phone number to join the group. \nNote: Registration is ongoing\, and new participants can join at any time. \nSUMMER SESSION DATES \n\nJuly 10\, 2023\nJuly 17\, 2023\nJuly 24\, 2023\nJuly 31\, 2023\nNo session Aug. 7\, 2023\nAug. 14 \, 2023\nAug. 21\, 2023\nAug. 28\, 2023\n\nPlease see our event listings for more information on our Caregiver Support Community groups that meet on Wednesday mornings (weekly) and Tuesday evenings (bi-weekly) \nNote: A donation is optional.
