DESCRIPTION:The Caregiver Support Community is a virtual program that aims to empower caregivers’ well-being by providing a supportive group where you can connect with other caregivers\, have open conversations about the ups and downs of caregiving\, and learn about topics relevant to caregivers. \nThis group is lead by a trained facilitator who is there to help guide conversations about the caregiving journey\, and offer resource ideas\, education and support. \nThis program occurs on Wednesday mornings from 10 to 11 a.m. You must register to receive the Zoom link or phone number to join the group. \nNote: Registration is ongoing.
