SUMMARY:Caregiver Support Community
DESCRIPTION:The Caregiver Support Community is a virtual program that aims to empower caregivers’ well-being by providing a supportive group where you can connect with other caregivers\, have open conversations about the ups and downs of caregiving\, and learn about topics relevant to caregivers. \nThis group is lead by a trained facilitator who is there to help guide your caregiving journey through education and support. \nThis program occurs on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. You must register to receive the Zoom link or phone number to join the group. \nNote: Registration is ongoing.
