SUMMARY:Caregiver Support Community
DESCRIPTION:The Caregiver Support Community is a virtual online program that aims to empower caregivers’ well-being by providing a supportive group where you can connect with other caregivers\, have open conversations about the ups and downs of caregiving\, and learn about topics relevant to caregivers. \nThis group is lead by a trained facilitator who is there to help guide your caregiving journey through education and support. \nThis is a 10-week program on Monday mornings from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. You must register to receive the Zoom link or phone number to join the group. \nWinter Session: \n\nJan. 10\, 17\, 24 and 31\nFeb. 7\, 14 and 28\nMarch 7\, 14 and 21\n\nNo program on Feb. 21 \, Family Day \nRegistration will stay open until the program is at capacity. After that you may join the waitlist in case a space opens up. \nA new session will begin in mid-March\, requiring a fresh registration. \nRegister on Eventbrite
