And due to the COVID-19 pandemic many caregivers are experiencing added levels of stress and anxiety.\nOur award-winning COMPASS for the Caregiver program helps caregivers balance their own well-being with the challenges of caregiving and is facilitated by someone who understands those challenges. \nThis COMPASS for the Caregiver workshop is a multi-session\, consecutive course being held online. Before registering\, please ensure that you can virtually attend all 4 weekly sessions. \nThe COMPASS for the Caregiver workshop has a $300 value. Thanks to sponsorship from Caregivers Alberta this course is being offered for a $55.00 manual and registration fee. We understand many caregivers live on limited incomes. Upon individual request to Caregivers Alberta\, participants can apply to our COMPASS Scholarship Fund and receive assistance with registration fees if needed.
