Join us for a cross Canada check-in \nThere are 7.8 million caregivers in Canada offering unpaid support to family\, friends and neighbours. Caregiving is a unique and personal journey but our experiences and challenges unite us. Together\, we are stronger. \nHear and be heard in this online 90 minute interactive national forum. Our panel will share information and insight into caregiving during COVID-19\, along with strategies and tools that caregivers can use during this difficult time and beyond. \nMost importantly they will be looking to hear from YOU about how COVID-19 has impacted your caregiving experience. Participants will have the opportunity to interact and engage with both our panelists and caregivers from across the country. \nAfter the forum participants will receive a summary of the event\, as well as a digital resource package that includes caregiving resources and supports from across Canada. \nREGISTER

DESCRIPTION:The Caregiver Support Community is a virtual program that aims to empower caregivers well-being by providing a supportive group where you can connect with other caregivers\, have open conversations about the ups and downs of caregiving\, and learn about topics relevant to caregivers. \nThis peer support group is lead by a trained facilitator who is there to help guide your caregiving journey by way of education and support. \nThis group is virtual\, please note that you will receive an online Zoom link to the group the day before the event.
