DESCRIPTION:The Caregiver Support Community (Online) is an online program held on the 4th Thursday of the month that aims to empower caregivers well-being by providing a supportive group where you can connect with other caregivers\, have open conversations about the ups and downs of caregiving\, and learn about topics relevant to caregivers. \nThis group is lead by a trained facilitator who is there to help guide your caregiving journey by way of education and support. \nPlease RSVP if you plan on attending. A link to the online group will be sent to you the day before the event. \nThis program is also offered in-person at our Edmonton office\, both in the afternoon and evening.
