The Healing Power of Sound: Using Sound Therapy for Self-Care (Online Workshop)

This event has passed.

Join us on December 2nd as we welcome guest speaker, Steve Leskiw for a workshop on the healing power of sound!

Since the beginning of time humans have used sound as a form of communication. But did you know it can also be used as informal medicine – and you, yourself can be the practitioner? Certain sound vibrations can help recalibrate the body, relax the mind, and rejuvenate the soul.

Join our guest speaker, Steve Leskiw as he shares his personal story of healing and recovery from a lifetime of anxiety, all through what he calls the hu effect or his “personal protective lullaby.” Steve has taught this technique to individuals battling numerous mental health challenges and addiction issues; and praises its ability to be a transformational tool for self-care.
