Join Caregivers Alberta as we welcome Sandra Griff for a workshop on Emotional Freedom Technique- otherwise known as tapping!

What is tapping? Tapping is a proven way to help reduce stress, pain, fear, and many other troubling emotions.

Who can practice tapping? Tapping is a practice that anyone can use and can be modified for limited mobility or capacity.

How can tapping help? For decades people have used tapping as a way to help treat symptoms related to stress, grief, depression and to promote better self-care. It is also a wonderful technique for calming yourself around others!

How can I learn how to tap? Register for our workshop to learn how you can begin to practice tapping!
