Are you interested in starting a regular (or occasional) journaling practice? Join us for a discussion on various reasons for journaling and find a focus that fits you. Learn about how journaling can benefit your mental health through self -compassion and self- empowerment.

This session will include a short writing “quiet moment” as well as some writing prompts to help get your journaling started (or restarted).
