Summer Men’s Den

This event has passed.

Caregiving is an emotional roller coaster. It takes strength, bravery and…it takes its toll.

We’ve created a safe space for men who are caregiving, where they can support one other as peers. The Men’s Den is a small, group meet-up, facilitated by men from Caregivers Alberta who can speak to their own caregiving roles.

It’s hard to ask for help. But it’s even harder to go it alone. Join the Men’s Den now.

This is a virtual program, you can join online with Zoom, or dial in the meetings by phone.

Wednesdays, 7 to 8 p.m., Biweekly, July 12 to Aug. 25

NOTE: Registration is ongoing. Participants can join at any time.
