Peer Support Partners

Peer Support Partners: Grief and Loss is a safe, virtual gathering to connect with others, ask questions, and learn tips and strategies for balancing the emotions around grief and loss.

Participants in this program meet on Tuesday evenings (7 to 8 p.m.), bi-weekly between Oct. 12 and Dec. 21. Registration enrolls you in the full series: six sessions in total.

The group is led by a trained facilitator who is there to help guide your caregiving journey by way of education and support.

Materials needed: please have paper and a pen on hand.

This group is virtual. Please note that you will receive an online Zoom link to the group the day before the event. You will also receive a phone number if you prefer to connect by phone.
