Mindfulness Monday

This event has passed.

About this Event

Join our Monday mindfulness sessions to help caregivers de-stress and deal with the daily challenges. In this session, you’ll learn breathing and other techniques to help you stay grounded in a chaotic world. Our host will help you start a meditation practice to maintain energy levels, remain focused and calm, and get more out of life. Mindfulness can be done at any time of day, even if only for a few minutes. These sessions will give you the tools to begin and maintain this empowering practice in your life, improving your wellness while learning about your own mind and body.

Mindfulness Monday features guided meditations with a different focus each session, including:

  • Why we judge
  • Possible natures of the self
  • Discovering truth
  • Handling relationships
  • Living with the ego

This session, held on Mondays from 9 to 9:40 a.m., includes practical, easily understood lessons that can be taken as a series or experienced one at a time.
