Almost half of the adult population is likely to become a caregiver for an aging parent, partner, or disabled family member, often without warning or preparation. In her book “The Accidental Caregiver”, Dr. Kimberly Fraser provides practical advice and insights drawn from personal experience and research to help caregivers navigate the complex challenges of caring for vulnerable loved ones.
