Caregivers experience loss and grief from the moment this role happens upon them. From small losses to large ones, let’s get the conversation started. Let’s talk about things no one talks about. Let’s get comfortable in our discomfort. Let’s reframe guilt and shame. And, let’s find purpose again – whatever that might look like.
Together, let’s create a safe space where grief is normalized, where we can have conversations that can’t be held elsewhere, where we can build connection, where we can create compassionate communities, where our mental health matters, and where we can find purpose after loss.
This program will take place over six bi-weekly sessions on Tuesday evenings from 7 to 8 p.m.
