It’s Okay to Not to Feel Okay: Pandemic Grief and Isolation

Date: July 6, 2021
Time: 10 -11:30 am
Presented by: Karen Cuthbertson

We hear it everywhere; we are living through an unprecedented time in history. COVID-19 has produced both a physical and mental health crisis that is taking the world by force. But what does that mean to us as caregivers, individuals and a society? Social isolation and grief have touched us all in one way or another, and this will continue as we adjust to the changed world we are reemerging into. As we rejoin social support networks, the emotional distress, depression, and anxiety, may continue to hold us back. Join me for a discussion about recognizing the impact the pandemic has had on our lives and how to take steps to regain our sense of control and security. This is an interactive program to explore how we create, share and question our stories.
