Cat Got Your Tongue: Communicating Needs and Colour Therapy
Date: August 10, 2021
Time: 10- 11:30 am
Presented by: Angus Macdonell
It can be a challenge to communicate your needs effectively to loved ones. Maybe you don’t know what your needs are, maybe you cannot articulate them, and maybe your loved ones aren’t listening. Discover barriers to effective communication, and learn to ask for what you need. This discussion will be followed up with a look at Colour Energy. It’s a way to approach life that can add abundance and joy, empower us, and bring a sense of peace to all we do. Colour Energy can change moods, drive behaviours, and give us strength when we’re feeling weak. Add some colour to your life; attend this workshop.
