Help, I’m drowning: Managing Caregiver Stress & Burnout

Take a closer look at caregiver stress and how it affects your personal well-being. Learn how you can avoid burnout and explore ways to foster resiliency, hope and seek a better balance in care giving. Additionally, we will learn how to use your breath to navigate stress in your life. The second half of this session we will use Breathwork techniques as a simple, safe, and extremely effective process for experiencing breakthroughs and optimal wellness in your life. This type of Breathwork is an active breathing process that differs from most traditional meditation and mindfulness practices.
