Get familiar with where stress resides in the body, discover how self-talk can affect thoughts and beliefs about who you are, and be an empowering, positive force for your own well-being. Join us for a healthy discussion followed by an easy guided yoga session (for all ages and abilities).

The ingredients:
• 8 interactive virtual sessions
• 8 helpings of skills to cope with the stress of the caregiving journey
• 8 measures of tips to learn how to thrive as a caregiver
Sweeten your Caregiver Lemonade to your liking by enrolling in one, two, or all eight sessions—at no cost to you!
Sessions take place Tuesday mornings beginning July through August 2021.
