Beauty Amidst Tragedy: Preparing for Death and Loss

This mini workshop is one of several of Caregivers Alberta’s Summer Series. This workshop is designed for those who want to shift their perspective around death and dying while finding inner peace in the midst of tragedy. Together we will explore ways to create beauty in preparation for the loss of a loved one, learn how to create a comfortable environment, and understand your role as a caregiver. This workshop has an interactive component where you will learn how to capture and create beauty in a box.

This summer Caregivers Alberta is sharing the recipe to the perfect ‘Caregiver Lemonade’ with a new series of programs.

The ingredients:
• 8 interactive virtual sessions
• 8 helpings of skills to cope with the stress of the caregiving journey
• 8 measures of tips to learn how to thrive as a caregiver

Sweeten your Caregiver Lemonade to your liking by enrolling in one, two, or all eight sessions—at no cost to you!

Sessions take place Tuesday mornings beginning July through August 2021.
