Assisting a family member or friend with challenges resulting from illness, disability or aging? We are here for you. Caregivers Alberta is an organization of caregivers, for caregivers. We focus on the caregiver as an individual – helping them maintain their well-being rather than teaching them how to be better caregivers.

The Caregiver Support Community is a virtual program that aims to empower caregivers by providing a supportive group where you can connect with other caregivers, have open conversations about the ups and downs of caregiving, and learn about topics relevant to caregivers.

This group is led by a trained facilitator who is there to help guide your caregiving journey by way of education and support. These sessions will be facilitated in Hindi for those who prefer a familiar language and cultural experience.

Thursdays, 1 to 2 p.m. | Dec. 2, 9 & 16
