Fall Discovery Series Part I – The Journey to Self-Compassion

The Journey to Self-Compassion, Thursday October 28, November 4 & 18, 6 to 8 PM, Online

Loving yourself means giving yourself compassion and care.

This workshop will help you learn to recognize and consciously acknowledge the thoughts, feelings and behaviors affecting you in any given moment. It will also help you recognize the common signs of the inner critical voice and feelings of shame, guilt, fear, anxiety or depression. Through the act of self-compassion you will soon have the tools to experience a natural, loving awareness, a healing presence and the very truth of who you are.
