Fall Caregiver Support Community (Thursday p.m.)

This event has passed.

The Caregiver Support Community is a virtual program that aims to empower caregivers’ well-being by providing a supportive group where you can connect with other caregivers, have open conversations about the ups and downs of caregiving, and learn about topics relevant to caregivers.

This group is lead by a trained facilitator who is there to help guide the conversation, offer education and support, and find the resources you need.

This program occurs on Thursday afternoons from 1 to 2 p.m. You must register to receive the Zoom link or phone number to join the group.

Note: Registration is ongoing. New participants can join the series at any time.
