
Join Melissa DeSmet, a Calgary based physiotherapist and health technology entrepreneur to learn and try new playful ways of enjoying the most natural movements of our day.
Using fun elements like guided imagery, Melissa will lead participants through simple, creative, and fun exercises that can be done by any body! People of all ages and abilities are encouraged to join in on the fun.
What you will need:
- Comfortable clothing
- Water bottle
- A pool noodle and a balloon (optional)
- An open mind
Sessions will take place online though the platform Zoom. Please note that this is an eight-week workshop, before registering please ensure that you can attend all of the session dates: October 5, 19, 26 & November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 from 3:00PM – 4:00PM.
