Decreasing the Stress Around Dementia (Online Workshop)

This event has passed.

The daily stress around caring for someone living with dementia can be quite challenging to balance. Tune into this session with Lori Chenger, a Dementia Specialist, Qigong Facilitator, and published author of children’s book, D is for Dementia to learn about what you can do to better manage stress and help your loved one with dementia at the same time.

We will close this session with a meditative exercise to help you relax and relieve any present tension.

We will also be doing a LIVE draw to giveaway copies of Lori’s book to 3 lucky attendees!
