Creating Healthy Boundaries

This event has passed.

Personal boundaries protect us and our relationships with others by providing healthy ground rules.

But, before we can set boundaries, we must understand what our individual priorities and values are. This lunch ‘n learn is a chance for you to evaluate what you need to be healthy, define your own limits, and asks yourself what’s holding you back.

Learning how to implement boundaries – without guilt – can lead you to living your best life. And, make you an even better caregiver for your care recipients.
