Caregivers Book Club

This event has passed.

Caregivers Alberta invites you to join our virtual Caregivers Book Club!

Reading is not only a fantastic way to reduce stress, enhance knowledge and engage one’s imagination…but the right book can help find perspective and comfort through the exploration of someone else’s experience.

We’ll read and discuss books reflective of the caregiver journey to start important conversations about the ups and downs of caregiving. While the books will have caregiving themes, selections will be a mix of fiction and first-person experience.

NOTE: Registration is ongoing. New participants are welcome to join at any point in the series.

2023 FALL DATES
