Building Healthy Boundaries (Online Workshop)

This event has passed.

Join us on June 16th for a workshop on building healthy boundaries presented by Shannon Hart!

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Do you have too much to do in a day and not enough time to do it? You’ve likely been told that you should practice self-care, but what does it actually mean? And HOW do you do it?

One of the most effective ways to practice self-care is to set healthy boundaries. In this workshop, we will identify what healthy boundaries are, the myths around setting boundaries, and how to set your own healthy boundaries so you can feel more in charge of your life.
