About this event
Personal boundaries protect us and our relationships with others by providing healthy ground rules.
But, before we can set boundaries, we must understand what our individual priorities and values are. This workshop takes a look at what we need to be healthy, helps highlight what our limits are, and asks what’s holding us back.
Learning how to implement boundaries without guilt can lead us to living our best life. And, make us even better caregivers for our care recipients.
This is a free event, with funding support from our sponsor Rivera.
